Terms of Service

Effective date: April 20, 2026

Co-You is an owned brand of SummitPath Strategies, LLC. These terms govern how SummitPath Strategies, LLC collects, uses, stores, and delivers services through Co-You.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Co-You, which is owned and operated by SummitPath Strategies, LLC ("SummitPath," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Co-You, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Co-You. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

2. What Co-You Provides

Co-You provides assessments, extraction workflows, AI-assisted synthesis, and generated configuration files intended to help users structure personal operating preferences, memory prompts, and related AI-facing artifacts.

Co-You is provided for informational, reflective, and operational use. It is not legal, medical, mental health, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Accounts, Access, and Purchases

Access to portions of Co-You may depend on a paid purchase, promo code, or cohort code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access methods and for activity that occurs through your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not directly store full payment card numbers. Pricing, availability, and access conditions may change at any time for future purchases.

4. Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

You retain ownership of the personal information and substantive content you submit to Co-You, subject to the limited rights needed for us and our subprocessors to operate the service.

As between you and SummitPath, you own the generated configuration files and outputs created for your account. We grant you a personal-use license to use, modify, and deploy those outputs for your own workflows.

If you want to use Co-You outputs as part of a commercial licensing, resale, white-label, or sublicensing arrangement, contact support@coyou.ai for written permission.

5. Limited License to Operate the Service

You grant SummitPath and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, store, transmit, and transform your submissions solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Co-You in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Co-You for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • attempt to access another user's account or generated files
  • reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service
  • submit material that infringes another person's rights
  • use Co-You to generate content for harassment, stalking, discrimination, or other harmful conduct

7. AI Outputs and No Warranty of Accuracy

Co-You relies on third-party AI systems. Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unfit for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on any output created by the service.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Co-You at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation request will succeed on the first attempt.

9. Privacy and Data Practices

Your use of Co-You is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including our disclosures about subprocessors, retention, anonymized product improvement, and international data transfers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Co-You if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for SummitPath, other users, or our infrastructure providers.

11. Disclaimers

Co-You is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SummitPath Strategies, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to Co-You.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to Co-You will not exceed the amount you paid to SummitPath for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Co-You after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
